V4 | PR Rentals | Expectacular Location

Amazing place and walking distance from La Placita! The apartment was very spacious and cozy! We’ll def coming back

The host was very friendly and responsive so that’s a plus! The location was very close to everything but the block it was on wasn’t the nicest.
The stairs were awful!
We definitely had a few hiccups – there was hair in the fridge, stains on the sheets and a few of amenities had issues (blender, AC, stove top and TV)
There were only two bedrooms with closets … not much storage space for clothes or to hang stuff etc
The blender got replaced
The AC was wonky (1 BR freezing, 2 BRs warm, Living room hot)
The stove top was partially working
But overall it was a good time and the host again was amazing – but the place definitely needs a little TLC.

Location was perfect and the host was extremely kind and accommodating! will definitely be returning

The stay was nice. Missed the description of it being on 4th floor. Air quality was lovely but one of the bedrooms get colder then any other. The stairs are a kill but I njoyed my stay

The communication was very fast and clear. We enjoyed our stay. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife.
