Location was central and could walk to restaurants and some stores. Neighborhood seemed safe and property was gated.
Beds were comfortable.I specifically contacted the host well in advance of arrival and requested that the passcode be sent to a different email address. I explained that I would be on a plane at the specific time the host was willing to release the access codes and other members of our group needed to access the property w/o use of Booking.com app. We corresponded on 2 separate occasions and host agreed to my request. The host did not send as requested and members of our party had to wait outside the home for over an hour ( in the heat of the afternoon) before gaining access-after the agreed upon time of access.
Candy wrappers on floor in apartment. Floors were not clean. Sheets not clean on at least one of the beds.
Thermostat malfunctioned and appeared to be controlled remotely. We requested assistance and reported the ongoing problem on multiple occasions. Service person came but problem was never resolved during our stay.
We had to request that adequate toilet paper be provided.
Absolutely no hand towels or dish towels were available. Property required that all dishes be washed and dried yet provided no linens to do so.
Loud noises/music from nearby venue but did not affect inside the property.
Freezer in small/back apartment unusable due to excess build-up of frost.
Host advertised staff on site during the day but no staff was ever in the office or available. No assistance available outside business hours and during business hours only by messaging through app.Response:
