V2 | PR Rentals | Next to La Placita de Santurce

Overall my stay was good. The placed looked just as pictured. It was walking distance to resturants and bars. It was spacious enough for the 5 of us and was clean. The only issue I had was that “laundry” was listed on the amenities, but when I got there the washer/dryer had a sign that said “out of order”. One of the main reasons I booked this place was so we could do our laundry. I did message the host and what they ment was there was a laundry service for $5 per pound. Needless to say we were disappointed. Had we known ahead of time we would have stayed elsewhere. Also I confirm the time we would drop off our bag (to be held until check-in time). When we got there no one was in the office. We went to a near by resturant to kill time.

The host responded at a timely manner. She was very helpful and s guided us everything I needed when asked. The placita are only a 5 min walk. Old San Juan is like 10-15 mins away in a vehicle. There was another area like the Placita called festival that was a 10 min drive.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-appointed the space was.
